MSRC's Bonnie Wright Earns CRA Designation

MSRC congratulates Grants Analyst Bonnie Wright on her passing of the Certified Research Administrator exam. The CRA is given to individuals who have a required level of education and experience and pass a comprehensive national exam covering a "body of knowledge" ranging from knowledge of federal laws, regulations and Executive Orders covering contracting and award processes; budgeting, financial management and compliance; financial reporting; responsible research conduct; conflicts of interest; ethics; human and animal subjects; intellectual property and legal responsibility.

Bonnie holds a BS in Finance from Florida State University, where she manages a portfolio of 24 sponsored projects, including the MSRC Award. She has previously been recognized by the University with an Exemplary Service award and a Gabor Superior Achievement award.

In keeping with MSRC's practices in all areas, Bonnie's attaining of the Certified Research Administrator designation indicates that the financial management aspect of the MSRC award is being undertaken by someone with the highest qualifications and experience in their area of expertise.
